Pre‑Existing Damage Policy
Illusionz Mobile Auto Spa performs a 5–10 minute pre‑inspection walk‑around before every appointment to document any pre‑existing damage, wear, or defects. This includes but is not limited to: scratches, dents, paint defects, loose trim, failing clear coat, cracked leather, broken components, or interior damage.
We are not responsible for any pre‑existing damage or for components that fail due to age, wear, or prior improper installation.
While your vehicle is in our care, we take every precaution to avoid damage. Illusionz Mobile Auto Spa carries Garage Keepers Liability Insurance and General Liability Insurance to protect you in the rare event that damage is caused directly by our technician.

Illusionz Mobile Auto Spa is a premium mobile detailing service. If you are seeking the cheapest price, discounts, or “something for nothing,” we are not the right company for you. Mobile detailing is a luxury service — we come to your home or workplace with professional equipment, products, and expertise. Pricing reflects convenience, travel, product cost, and the rising cost of materials due to economic conditions.
In simple terms: we do not work for free, and we do not negotiate or discount our services.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure fairness and maintain our schedule:

• All appointments require a non‑refundable deposit to secure your time slot.

• 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Appointments changed or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 25% fee of the scheduled service.

• Clients who reschedule more than twice (not due to weather) may have their appointment cancelled at our discretion.

• Please remove all personal items from the vehicle before we arrive.

Strict 48‑hour cancellation policy is enforced.
 
Service Terms & Conditions

• We may ask how you heard about us to improve our marketing.

• We may conduct customer satisfaction surveys.

• Deposits of $25 or $50 are required to secure bookings.

• If the vehicle is not available at the scheduled time and the appointment was not cancelled in advance, we reserve the right to charge the full service amount.

• Prices are firm. We do not offer discounts.

• Add‑on fees apply for excessive pet hair, or heavily soiled vehicle. We do not accept vehicles exposed to biological waste, or hazardous materials, and human or animal bodily fluids or waste.
   

Booking Terms & Conditions

• Customers must remove all personal belongings, child seats, valuables, and loose items before service.

• Illusionz Mobile Auto Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

• Vehicles must be serviced on private property with permission. Written permission is required for workplaces or private lots.

• We are not liable for discharged batteries during or after service.

• Services cannot be performed on streets, public roads, parks, dead ends, grass, dirt, or unsafe locations.

• Customers must notify us of street sweeping or parking restrictions.

• Arrival times are estimated; the technician will provide an ETA.

• Detailing duration varies by vehicle condition.

• We reserve the right to adjust bookings due to weather, staffing, or equipment issues.

• All bookings require address and condition verification.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

• Verbal or physical abuse toward staff will not be tolerated.
   

Pricing Terms & Conditions

• Minimum call‑out charges apply and vary by location.

• All services are subject to 6.625% NJ sales tax.

• Excessive labor (beyond the booked service) may incur an hourly rate of $60/hr.

• Surcharges apply for excessive pet hair, biological waste, hazardous materials, or severely neglected conditions.

• Prices may adjust due to product cost, fuel, inflation, or vehicle condition.

• Prices listed online do not include applicable state taxes.
  
   

Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions

• Gift certificates are purchased as a $25 deposit and can be used once per vehicle per service.

• They cannot be combined with promotions.

• Gift certificates reflect a cash value; additional charges may apply if the chosen service exceeds that value.

• Surcharges for pet hair, hazardous materials, large vehicles, or excessive damage still apply.

• Gift certificates do not expire but are non‑refundable.

• A safe working environment is required for redemption.

• Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Lost, stolen, or altered certificates will not be replaced.

• Illusionz may cancel a voucher if used fraudulently or outside policy.

• If the recipient relocates outside the travel radius, additional travel fees apply.

• If relocation is far outside the service area, Illusionz may cancel the voucher without refund, however we recommend giving the gift certificate to a family member or friend within the travel radius.  New recipient will be responsible for the size difference and any additional fees.
