Safety Policy Exclusion
For health and safety reasons, Illusionz Mobile Auto Spa does not accept vehicles with human or animal bodily fluids, vomit, blood, urine, feces, mice droppings, infestations, or deceased rodents. If these conditions are discovered at the time of service, we reserve the right to decline or discontinue the appointment.
Terms of service
This tier is closed to the general public or new customers with a new vehicle. It is strictly reserved for existing clients whose vehicles have received a full detail service from us within the last three (3) months, or vehicles kept in excellent condition. Even a vehicle fresh off the dealership lot is not in "maintenance" condition. During transit on trains and open trucks, brand-new cars accumulate industrial rail dust, iron fallout, and sticky transport wrap residue. Dealerships also routinely apply cheap fillers that mask paint defects without offering real protection. Before we can efficiently maintain a vehicle, we must first establish a professional baseline. This requires a full decontamination wash, iron removal, and a proper base layer of premium protection to seal the surfaces. Once Illusionz Mobile Auto Spa applies this initial protective canvas via our Essential Full Detail, your vehicle is officially locked into our ecosystem and becomes fully eligible for our lower-priced Essential Maintenance tier moving forward.
