Gift Certificates can only be used once per vehicle per service.

Gift certificates can not be combined or redeemed with additional promotions.

Gift certificates reflect a cash value. Prices for services may adjust due to seasonality, location, inflation, or demand.

Additional charges may apply to the redeemer if they choose a package that exceeds the cash value of their gift certificate.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of purchase, and bookings must be made within this period. Upon expiry of a Gift Voucher any unused value is forfeited. 

All services by ILLUSIONZ MOBILE AUTO SPA are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking.

Your Gift Voucher is non-refundable and non-returnable, neither can a Gift Voucher purchase be cancelled, except in accordance with your legal rights.

When redeeming a Gift Voucher it is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to provide a safe working environment where the service can be delivered. Services can not be performed on streets, public roads or shopping centers.  If service is chosen to be at your office, we will need written permission to deliver the service on the property.

Should charges total more than the value of the Gift Voucher/s, redeemed ILLUSIONZ will invoice for the difference and this amount must be paid as per these terms and conditions. Sender of Gift Voucher may purchase insurance in the event additional fees may occur to the recipient due to situations such as pet hair, heavy dirt, etc.

Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. No credit or change will be given on any unused portion of the Voucher.

Gift Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed, photocopied or altered in any way and will not be accepted or be otherwise redeemable.

ILLUSIONZ will not refund or offer credit for unredeemed Gift Vouchers (in part or otherwise), unless required by law.

ILLUSIONZ may cancel any Gift Voucher, refuse redemption or cancel bookings using a Gift Voucher if it suspects that a Gift Voucher is being used fraudulently, in an unauthorised or illegal manner, or it has reason to believe that the voucher holder is in breach of these terms and conditions.
